About
Dr. Miller is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in public and reproductive psychiatry. She completed psychiatry residency at the University of California San Diego Health where she received dedicated training and mentorship in community and public psychiatry. She pursued specialized training in perinatal mental health through UCSD's Women's and Reproductive Mental Health Program. She is published in the Archives of Women's Mental Health, and she led several quality improvement initiatives to improve access to perinatal mental healthcare within community clinics in San Diego. She is PMH-C certified. She has experience providing diagnostic psychiatric evaluations and medication management for conditions including postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, postpartum psychosis, insomnia, PTSD, OCD, and other women's mental health issues such as premenstrual dysphoric disorder and menopausal mood fluctuations. She is available for treatment through Deschutes County Behavioral Health, where patients can also have access to perinatal mental health therapists, group therapy, case management, and peer support.
