About
Supporting women through the most sacred, transformative, tender moments of their lives is the work I was put on this earth to do, and I’ve had the honor of walking alongside more than 10,000 women. Working with me is like having a wise grandmother in your corner: someone who has seen it all, meets you exactly where you are, and shows up with steady hands and an open heart. Women have always cared for each other through birth and new motherhood. It is the original paradigm, and the one that sets families up for the deepest healing and the most powerful crossing of the threshold into this new life. That is what I am here to offer. A Masters-prepared RN, Lactation Consultant, Postpartum Doula, Nurse Coach, and Trauma Transformation Specialist, I bring decades of postpartum and NICU nursing together with deep training in nervous system regulation and somatic practice, so I understand what is happening in your body, your nervous system, and your heart all at once. Outside of this work you’ll find me hanging with my grown sons who will always be my big babies, hosting women’s circles and heart-centered community events, soaking up the Central Oregon sun, or out in the snow and the stillness. Rest and presence aren’t luxuries. They’re the whole practice.
