My practice centers on women and the diverse challenges they encounter throughout life. I particularly relish working with women during various life transitions. I excel in assisting women in navigating relationship difficulties, processing grief, fostering emotional well-being and integration, and healing trauma, especially trauma related to birth. My ideal client is someone who is ready to take the leap and embark on the journey of change and healing.
Care Philosophy
My work is holistic, utilizing the whole person- including physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects. As an experienced EMDRIA-certified EMDR clinician, I am passionate about utilizing this modality not only to treat specific trauma but also to facilitate healing in areas of your life that feel stagnant or cause pain. I consider myself a dynamic therapist and won't just sit back and listen. Instead, I'll jump in and have an active conversation with you.
