I am a LCSW and EMDR-C therapist serving the Central Oregon in person and via telehealth. I have background and advanced training for perinatal and postpartum mental health, trauma processing, grief/loss, and life transitions/stress management/regulation.

Those I sit with will be met with care, compassion, and safety to guide them through their journey towards identified goals and to access a more sustainable version of themselves.
