About
Motherhood is a profound journey, I discovered this early on as a child and family therapist and then becoming a mother of 3 took me to another level of living. In my work, I quickly realized that the children who needed the most support often had mothers who were profoundly exhausted and under-resourced themselves. It became clear to me that to truly care for a child, we must first nurture and uplift the mother. My deepest passion is to hold safe, judgment-free space for mothers in all seasons of their journey. Motherhood is not a linear experience; it is a profound, ever-changing landscape of overwhelming joys, quiet sacrifices, and complex transitions. Whether a mother is in the vulnerable postpartum phase, navigating the complex waters of raising older children, or facing her own personal seasons of transition, I am called to walk beside her. I provide counseling in the comfort and privacy of your home, telehealth or walk-and-talks, I meet you exactly where you are in your journey, eliminating the need to worry about preparing your space. I also offer mother-daughter support sessions as sometimes becoming a mother can stir up the past of your own mothering and integrate itself into our mothering. I use a holistic model of counseling that strengthens the Mother-daughter relationship and helps heal and work through hardships in the relationship.
