I am passionate about supporting women during pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, grief and loss, relationship changes, and other life transitions. I believe that motherhood is one of the biggest transitions a woman can experience, and that no one should have to navigate it alone. My goal is to help women build confidence, increase self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create a foundation of support as they move through this season of life.
