Description

Description Pregnancy is an exciting time, but it can also bring major changes to a relationship. Between shifting roles, changing bodies, new expectations, stress, and preparing for life with a baby, it’s easy for the couple relationship to get pushed to the side. This free virtual workshop is specifically for expecting couples who want to be intentional about staying connected through the transition to parenthood. We’ll talk about: Communication and navigating changing needs Staying emotionally connected during pregnancy Physical intimacy and affection as bodies and comfort levels change Expectations, roles, and functioning as a team Protecting the couple relationship as you prepare to become parents This is a relaxed, educational workshop—not group therapy. There’s no pressure to share personal details, and cameras can stay off. Come together, listen, learn, and leave with some practical ways to support your relationship during this huge transition. Saturday, October 24th 3:00–4:00 PM | Virtual | Free
